Most people struggle with tight adductors- the muscles in the inside of your legs. When your adductors are tight it can lead to poor knee positioning, poor foot posture and cause restricted range of motion in your hips and back. 

This stretching routine involves dynamic and PNF stretching to help you open up your hips. 

For best results do this routine at least twice per week.

Open up your tight hips and experience freedom in your legs once you have mastered this position. 

The human body loves dynamic stretching and this exercise will give you great results if you stick with it until your body can do what you want it to do.

Your shoulders external rotators (the muscles at the back of your shoulders) just don’t get used in life. On the other hand, the internal rotators (at the front of the shoulder and chest) get used all day long. 

This is a common cause of shoulder impingements and bursitis. 

So strengthen and use your external rotators with this simple exercise.
